Alexis 

Founder, BSN RN

I’m Alexis, a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector with over 6 years of experience in aesthetics. As a wife and mama of three, I understand how important it is to feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of yourself.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on creating natural, beautiful results while taking the time to truly understand each patient’s individual goals. My approach to aesthetics is rooted in subtle enhancements, personalized treatment plans, and helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

IWL Aesthetics is a dream I’m incredibly proud to bring to life alongside my Medical Director. Together, we’ve created a space centered around patient care, education, confidence, and results that enhance - not change - who you are.

Semone Rochlin DO, FACOS

Medical Director

Dr. Semone B. Rochlin is a Board Certified General Surgeon specializing in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. She is an artistic, caring physician who tailors each of the procedures she performs to the individual needs of her patients.

Dr. Rochlin has been a practicing physician for over a decade. Semone graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa in 1998. Her training includes a Traditional Internship at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, along with a General and Trauma Surgery residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernadino, California. Dr. Rochlin also participated in a Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Semone also participated in a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Rochlin is currently licensed in three states; Arizona, California and New York.

Emilee

Patient Care Coordinator and Manager

Emilee is the Patient Care Coordinator and Manager at IWL Aesthetics and one of the key people behind the scenes helping bring our vision to life. As a mama of two with over 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and genuine care to everything she does.

From scheduling and appointments to treatment questions, memberships, events, and everything in between, Emilee is here to make sure every patient feels supported and cared for throughout their IWL experience.

As Alexis’s right hand, Emilee plays an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly and creating the welcoming, personalized experience that IWL Aesthetics is all about.
